By accessing or using Stockflipp.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Stockflipp, you must: Be at least 18 years of age Be a registered business entity or sole proprietor Complete our buyer verification process Provide accurate and complete registration information Maintain the security of your account credentials
3. Buyer Verification
All buyers must complete our verification process before participating in auctions or purchasing pallets. Verification may include providing business documentation, tax ID, and other information as requested. We reserve the right to deny or revoke verification at our discretion.
4. Bidding & Purchasing
By placing a bid, you agree that: A non-refundable $1.00 bid fee is charged for each bid placed All bids are binding commitments to purchase You must complete payment within 48 hours of winning an auction Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination Bid sniping protection extends auctions by 60 seconds when bids are placed in the final minute
5. Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images for all pallets. However, Wholesale inventory is sold "as-is" and may contain items in varying conditions. Retail values are estimates based on available data and are not guaranteed. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence before bidding.
6. Payment Terms
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. All prices are in US Dollars. Additional fees may apply: Bid fees: $1.00 per bid (non-refundable) Shipping costs (if applicable) Sales tax where required by law
7. Shipping & Pickup
Buyers may choose local pickup or shipping where available. Pickup must be arranged within 7 business days of payment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon pickup or delivery to carrier.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: Bid without intent to purchase Create multiple accounts Interfere with auctions or other users Use the platform for illegal purposes Resell or transfer account access Circumvent verification requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
Stockflipp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
