Important Notice
All wholesale inventory is sold "AS-IS" without warranty. Please review all pallet details, images, and conditions carefully before bidding or purchasing.
Bid Fees
Bid fees are non-refundable. The $1.00 fee charged for each bid covers the cost of maintaining our auction platform and is charged immediately upon placing a bid, regardless of the auction outcome.
Pallet Purchases
Due to the nature of wholesale inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on pallet purchases except in the following circumstances: Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a completely different pallet than what you purchased Significant Misrepresentation: If the pallet contents differ substantially from the listing description (subject to review) Shipping Damage: If the pallet is damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with photos)
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the above criteria: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your pallet Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue Include clear photos showing the problem Do not dispose of or resell any items until your claim is resolved Email your refund request to: support@stockflipp.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Order Number]"
Refund Process
Once we receive your request: We will review your claim within 3-5 business days You may be asked to provide additional documentation If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days You may be required to return the pallet at our expense
What Is Not Covered
The following situations do not qualify for refunds: Buyer's remorse or change of mind Items that are exactly as described but not what buyer expected Damage caused by buyer during pickup or after delivery Minor variations in quantity or condition typical of wholesale inventory Items not picked up within the required timeframe Auction items where buyer failed to complete payment
Cancelled Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed. If you win an auction and fail to pay within 48 hours, you forfeit the item and may be subject to account suspension. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned from the platform.
